Overview

ArcLamp is a retrofit LED lamp specifically designed for auditoriums where flawless dimming is critical. Each lamp contains advanced control technology ensuring latency-free activation of multiple lamps on a single circuit.

The 24 V ArcLamp connects to a dedicated remote power supply - typically located in a dimmer/plant room - utilizing the same cable that connects an existing incandescent lamp to a dimmer. Re-purposing this existing incandescent cable allows for simple, non- invasive installation of ArcLamp.

The use of onboard device management in the driver allows all fixtures to be addressed remotely, ensuring fast and simple installation.

ArcLamp FTW (Fade-To-Warm) includes an additional six amber emitters and a proprietary internal algorithm to warm the color temperature of the lamp as it fades mimicking incandescent red shift.

ArcLamp Flicker takes the 2700 K FTW version of ArcLamp, and adds the ability to simulate a random flickering candle flame perfect for hospitality or themed environments.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
