When you place an order, ALL BULBS will:

• Inform you of stock availability immediately.
• Pack and ship your product within 48 hours.
• E-mail you an Invoice and Credit Card receipt.
• E-mail Tracking Info the day the order ships.
• Yes, we DROP SHIP BLIND. 

ALL BULBS has a $250.00 USD per order minimum, and 1st time opening order. 
All 1st time customers must fill out a Credit Card Authorization form, to have the order fulfilled.
All international orders being shipped outside of North America, must pay for the order via wire transfer.
Also, certain products must be sold in case quantity only. This avoids breakage in transport.
If future orders fall under the minimum, a $35.00 dollar under minimum order fee will be applied, to the order.
If you are a high volume client, exceptions can be arranged.

ALL BULBS order payment options are: 

• Credit Card payment, will include a service fee of 1.8%-4%. (Depending on bank card)
• 1st time orders, must fill out the ALL BULBS Credit Card Authorization Form .
• ACH Payment is accepted with no credit card fee, within North America only.
• INTERNATIONAL order payment, is WIRE TRANSFER only.

Shipping Fees: 

• Shipping charges are exact per carrier, per individual order.
• This insures your product will ship on time.
• And the shipping cost is kept to a minimum.

ALL BULBS ships orders via:

• UPS, FedEx, DHL or Freight / Truck delivery. (In special cases USPS.)
• GROUND Service - Commercial (or) Residential
• RED Label Next Day - by 12:00 Noon
• RED Label Saver Next Day - by 3PM 
• BLUE Label       - 2 Day 
• ORANGE Label - 3 Day
