Our company was founded by an LD from the live concert, theatre, architectural, film & audio visual production industry.
ALL BULBS has a $250.00 USD per order minimum order.
Certain products must be sold in case quantity only. This avoids breakage in transport.
If future orders fall under the $250.00 minimum, a $35.00 dollar under minimum fee will be applied to the order.
If you are a high volume client, of course exceptions can be arranged.
*All 1st time customers must fill out & return via email the Credit Card Authorization form, before the order can be filled and shipped.
*All international orders shipping outside of North America, must settle your account via wire transfer only, before the order can ship.
ALL BULBS payment options are:
- Credit Card: will include a service fee of 1.0% to 4% per transaction. (Depending on bank card fee.)
- 1st time orders: Must fill out the ALL BULBS Credit Card Authorization Form .
- ACH Payment: is accepted and has no credit card fee within the USA & Canada.
- INTERNATIONAL order payments are WIRE TRANSFER only.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping charges are exact per order, per carrier, UPS, FEDEx, DHL or Freight Carrier.
- Your product will ship on time, with to hipping cost kept to a minimum.
- A singular ancillary handling fee will be applied to every order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via:
- UPS International, FED Ex International or DHL International service exclusively.
- When your international shipper account is used, your order will be expedited.
ALL BULBS ships U.S. and Canadian orders via:
- UPS, FedEx, DHL or Freight / Truck delivery.
- GROUND Service Commercial or Residential
- RED Label Next Day (by 12 Noon)
- RED Label Saver Next Day (by 3PM)
- BLUE Label (2 Day)
- ORANGE Label (3 Day)
- USPS ... "Postal service" Only at special request.
When you place an order, ALL BULBS will:
- DROP SHIPS BLIND. ALL BULBS looks to have a long term relationships with our distributors!
- Informs you of stock availability & confirms the price. Via phone call or by email.
- Pack & ship your products within 24 to 48 hours.
- E-mail an Invoice & Credit Card receipt to you, the same day your order ships.
- E-mail tracking information to you.
Technical Advice:
- Technical advice where offered by ALL BULBS does not form part of the contract and Customers should satisfy themselves as to suitability for their purposes.
Price Quotes & Bids:
- All prices quoted are exclusive of Tax, if you provide a Tax Exempt form.
- Quotes are valid for orders placed within 5 days of the quotation date, unless specifically agreed to otherwise in writing. Or, if stock has been depleted.
Cancellations:
- In the event of a cancellation of order, ALL BULBS reserves the right to charge up to 35% of the canceled order total to cover expense and loss of profit.
